1. PRIVACY POLICY
Dogitty LLC is the company under which our website, app, tools and services (“we”, “our”, “app”,
“website”) are being offered. Doggity is an online platform that makes it easy to find a reliable pet sitter.
Whether it be dog walking, Dog or cat boarding or Dog sitting. and services providing business that also
offers an online interactive platform for people for online purchases. Our services are offered through
the website (http://doggity.co) as well as the Android and Apple-based mobile applications (“app”). In
order to provide our services, we require certain personal information from our users, customers, and
members (collectively “users”). In addition, our app and website also collect data through automatic
means along with storing cookies on users' devices which are also done automatically. We respect and
protect the privacy of all of our users, and to disclose the data practices we have drafted this privacy
statement (“policy”). This explains specifically how we collect, share and protect users data, and what
measures have been taken in order to be in compliance with different privacy laws. This policy is written
for all users and to large extent visitors to our app and website. We request everyone read this privacy
policy statement before using our app. The users of our app will be assumed to be in agreement with
our privacy statement after we have published this Privacy Policy on our website.
2. WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
We only collect information necessary to render our services for the purpose of delivering the products.
Personal information includes the full name, e-mail, address, phone number, and payment information
(collected automatically) from the user. The information which will be collected in this process will be
used to provide services to the user as well in order to communicate with that user through e-mail
and/or newsletters. Some information on our app and website shall be gathered automatically through
different tools and plugins.

There will be a collection of information from all of our users including the dog sitters (“sitters”) and dog
owners (“owners”) when they make an account on our website or if they will use any of our given
services. The information that will be provided to us including but not limited to:

2.2. Automatic Information Collection
We also collect information that is collected by general web browsers (such as Chrome, Firefox, and
Edge) and web hosting servers to render normal services. This type of information includes (but is not
limited to) website usage by users, referring websites, browser type, language, and its preference, and
the date and time of users’ browsing history. We may release such information in aggregate form to
make our services better. Please note that in aggregate form none of the individual users can be
identified. Our website may also collect information that is considered personal identifiable information
such as IP addresses and other information collected through cookies. We may share this information
with third parties or in order to be compliant legally. Some of the information collected automatically
(but not limited to) is:

3. USE OF COOKIES
For the purpose of our services, our website stores cookies on users’ devices. Cookies is a text file in the
.txt extension. This file collects certain information and is stored on the user's or visitor’s device or
personal computer. This information will be provided back to the website if such a user or visitor makes
a return visit. Our website uses cookies so it can identify and help to track the users of our website.
There are many types of cookies, however, most commonly only two types of cookies are used. Session
cookies are temporary cookies that are deleted once the user exits the browser while the permanent
cookies remain in the user's or visitor’s browser until the cookie log files are either deleted by the user
or expired on their own. Some cookies enable our eCommerce system to remember your order through

the checkout process even if you want to check out as a guest user. Mainly we use cookies in order to (i)
understand how visitors are arriving on our website; (ii) in order to monitor the usage of our website;
(iii) remember when a user last visited our website and if the cookie persists continues that user’s usage
from the last time; and (iv)to conduct research and development by gathering user data in aggregated
form. Please note that the cookie does not contain any personal identifying information. Users can also
change their browser settings to make that the cookies are not being collected by making sure the
collection of the cookies is disabled.
4. SECURITY OF USER DATA
We have made sure to implement the highest security measures to ensure that our internal procedures
meet our high security policy standards. This way we make sure to protect and safeguard the integrity
and quality of users’ personal data and information. We have also implemented encryption methods
and the use of pseudonymization as well as SSL certification to protect users' data.
4.1. Users’ Data Protection and Safety Rights
All users are entitled to have access to their personal information and to be informed about the data
collection process.
Users have the right to:
a. object to the collection and further processing of your personal information;
b. have your personal data updated, rectified, erased or blocked;
c. receive information about you that you have provided to us;
d. opt out of certain uses and disclosures of your personal information; and
e. have your personal information transmitted to another data controller (data portability). In
order for you to exercise your data protection rights, we are obliged to verify your identity.
Please note that only users of the Doggity app and services have data protection rights because we can
only verify individual users if they are logged in.
4.2. Updating And Amendment Of Information
If you want us to update, amend or delete the personal information that we have collected about you,
wish to get access to the data being processed about you, or if you have any questions concerning this
Privacy Policy, you may contact us by email at support@doggity.co.
4.3. Withdrawal Of Consent
All users at any time, withdraw any consent you have given to us, and we will no longer process your
personal information unless we can continue the processing based on another purpose. If you wish to
withdraw your consent, you can withdraw it in the app via the settings menu or by contacting us using
the following email: support@doggity.co.

We retain your personal information collected as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as needed to
provide you the Services or if we have a legitimate business reason to do so. When we no longer have an
ongoing legitimate business reason to process your personal information, we will delete your data.
6. SHARING OF USERS' DATA (DATA DISCLOSURE)
We May Share Users’ Information In the Following Instances:
a. When we are required by a court of law or legal authority to do so.
b. When our business is transferred or sold to a new company or owner and in that transaction,
the data stored by us will also be transferred to the new owner.
c. We will share the users’ data with our service providers (such as web-hosting providers,
payment partners, etc.), affiliates, marketing partners, business partners, and others who have
legal rights to access users’ data.
d. With your consent, we also may share aggregated information or otherwise anonymized
information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We rely on third-party platforms to render our services. Please note that all of these services are
changeable and we may use other alternatives in case we find new, better, and improved third-party
platforms. There might also be a presence of third-party tracking and analytical services links on our
website that may also include the services of Google Analytics which may help us track users’ session
activity, bounce rate, time of stay, and general traffic analytics. Most of these links will only be there in
order to help us provide our services. Please note any links that are on or through our website are there
either for marketing purposes or for other services as a requirement for the working of our website.
These links may or may not be associated or affiliated with us in any way.
8. PROTECTION AND SHARING OF CONSUMERS AND USERS' DATA
We are committed to protecting the personal data of consumers and users to the best of our ability.
Data security is necessary and therefore in compliance with global data privacy laws we have
implemented measures to make sure that all data belonging to the consumers and users of our website
is well protected. We have made sure that all the transactions on and through our website are going
through well-protected payment platforms. All the payment information including credit card
information is stored on any such payment platforms that have been used to purchase on our website.
Our website neither collects any payment-related information nor controls it.
9. PRIVACY RIGHTS USER RIGHTS
All users of our app and website have the rights under user privacy rights. In accordance with the data
rights law, all users and members have the right to access the personal information about themselves
that they have stored on our systems, and they can have us update this data, correct it, or delete it.
Also, you may at any time withdraw your consent to any activity in which you provided us your consent.
You are also entitled to obtain from us your Information (excluding data we obtained from other
sources) in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and have the right to transmit
those data to another data controller.

10. CCPA COMPLIANCE
We are fully aware of all of your data protection rights under the California Consumer Protection Act
(CCPA). Our whole Privacy Policy has been drafted in accordance with CCPA. The personal information
we collect is the personal identifier of the user. How we protect and share users’ data has also been
stated in this policy. Every user is entitled to the following:
a. The Right To Know You have the right to know what information is being collected
from you by and through our website. You also have the right to request we modify or
correct the information being collected from you.
b. The Right To Delete Information You have the right to request that your information
be deleted from our website and storage.
c. The Right To Opt- You have the right to opt out or withdraw your consent from any of
our website’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
d. The Right To Data Portability As with GDPR data portability you also have the right to
request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or
directly to you under CCPA.
e. The Right To Receive Non-Discrimination Services You have the right to Non-
Discrimination under CCPA while you are using our website.

11. AGE LIMIT
Our services are only for people who are over or at the age of 18. Anyone under 18 should not use our
website or must not provide us with their data. Any such information unknowingly collected by our
website will be deleted as soon as we become aware of it.
12. OPT-OUT RIGHT FROM THE E-MAIL LIST
All users have the right to opt out of our e-mail list by removing themselves from our e-mail list. Users
can either e-mail us at support@doggity.co if they wish to stop receiving our e-mails or they can also
follow the link provided at the end of every email, follow the link to our website and chose opt-out or
unsubscribe.
Care Seeker and Care Provider content is primarily user generated. We do not control or vet user-
generated content for accuracy, and we do not assume and expressly disclaim any responsibility for the
accuracy or reliability of any information provided by Care Providers or Care Seekers on or off the Site.
We do not assume and expressly disclaim any liability that may result from the use of information
provided on our Site.
We do not refer or recommend Care Seekers or Care Providers nor do we make any
representations about the suitability, reliability, timeliness, or accuracy of the services provided by Care
Providers or the integrity, responsibility or actions of Care Seekers or Care Providers whether in public,

private or offline interactions. Any screening of a Care Seeker or Care Provider and his, her or its
information by Care.com is limited and should not be taken as complete, accurate, up-to-date or
conclusive of the individual’s or entity’s suitability as an employer or care provider.
We are not an employment agency, and we do not secure or procure employees for any Care
Seekers, nor do we secure or procure opportunities for employment for any Care Providers.
We do not control, monitor, supervise, or oversee the quality, timing, hours, pay, legality, or any
other aspect of services delivered by Care Providers, nor do we require Care Providers to accept or work
any jobs or deliver any services at all.
We do not provide any medical, diagnostic, treatment or clinical service or engage in any conduct
that requires a professional license.
We may offer certain Registered Users the opportunity to verify certain information such as their
email address, cell phone number, or, in the case of child care centers, their state license information. If
we indicate that certain information has been verified, it means that the user has complied with the
process we have established for verifying such information. However, we do not guarantee, nor do we
represent or warrant, that the information is accurate or that it belongs to the Registered User who
supplied it.
Please review carefully the Release of Liability Form Third-Party Content and Conduct that
appears in Section 9 below for important limitations on Care.com’s liability to which you are agreeing by
using the Site and Services.
1.3 User Responsibilities
Registered Users are solely responsible for interviewing, vetting, performing background and reference
checks on, verifying information provided by, and selecting an appropriate Care Seeker or Care Provider
for themselves or their family. The only exception is when a third party we or one of our subsidiaries
contracts with to provide services in support of the Backup Care Service selects on behalf of the
Registered User the specific individual Backup Care Provider from the agency who will provide backup or
senior care services. In that limited circumstance only, the agency (as opposed to the Registered User) is
responsible for screening the Backup Care Provider it selects on behalf of the Registered User.
